What if I want to order a favorite via text message, but can't remember the number of the favorite?
Text "menu" and send it to 466626. You will receive a text with a list of all your favorites along with their numbers. Then, send a reply with the number of the favorite you want to order.
How do I order food for delivery via text message?
Just add your address code to the number of the favorite you are ordering. For example, if you have a work address saved as W, you would text "1W" to 466626. If you don't have a delivery address set up, just go to the My Account page and add it to the Delivery Addreses section.
How do I order food for a specific pick up time via text message?
After the number of the favorite you are ordering, just type "@hh:mm". So if you want to order favorite number 2 for a 2:30 pick up, just type "2@2:30pm" or "2@14:30" and send it to 466626. Be sure to include the AM/PM so that you do not order for the past!
I am having trouble receiving a text message from GoMobo.
Be sure to check that:
- Your phone has mobile service.
- Your inbox is not full.
- You have selected the correct mobile carrier at signup and that GoMobo supports your mobile carrier (check the list of supported carriers).
- Your mobile plan supports the use of shortcodes (466626). Most standard plans, except for some prepaid plans such as T-Mobile Prepaid or Tracfone,
support shortcodes; however, if you are using a company-provided mobile phone it is possible that this feature has been blocked.
- Try a test text message (send 'help' to 466626 to see if you get a response)
If none of the above help you resolve the issue, please let us know
and contact your mobile phone provider to confirm that you should be able to receive communications via text message shortcode.
I've received text messages from GoMobo before, but now they have stopped.
If you have recently carried over your phone number from one carrier to another, or if you have activated a new device with your existing carrier,
it is possible that your GoMobo account was disrupted.
Please login and re-link your phone in the My Account >My Mobile Phone section.
Otherwise, if you have been getting messages from GoMobo but they've suddenly stopped, this is likely an issue with your mobile provider.
Please contact your carrier and inform them that you are no longer able to receive messages from 466626: GoMobo's shortcode.
What if I receive an error message from GoMobo by text message?
If GoMobo can't understand your message, you will receive the message "Check GoCode or promotion code sent.
Reply 'menu' for a list of your GoCodes. Visit www.gomobo.com for help."
Please check your phone settings to make sure you do not have an auto signature enabled on your text messages. If you do, please disable it and try again. Otherwise, please double-check your message to us and then email support@gomobo.com for more information.

How can I stop text messages from being sent to my phone?
You will only receive text messages you have opted into, and you can always change your preferences in the MY ACCOUNT: Communication Preferences section for your account.
If you wish to stop ALL messages, simply send the word 'STOP' to 466626. This will discontinue all text messages from GoMobo.
