Payment/Billing

Do I have to enter my credit card information to order?

Yes, you must save your credit card information to place a GoMobo order. All GoMobo orders will be paid with your credit card.

Should I ever pay for my order at the restaurant?

Nope. All GoMobo orders are prepaid via credit card, so you should never have to pay at the restaurant. Just pick up & go!

Is my billing information secure?

Yes. Your information is stored in a secure, 256-bit encrypted account that exceeds industry standards and is accessible only to the primary account holder. All credit card transactions meet high-level PCI compliance requirements established by Visa and MasterCard for online credit card transactions.

Is my billing information at risk if I lose my phone?

No. GoMobo does not store, send, or process credit card information on your phone. So even if you lose your phone, your billing information will remain secure.
