My Account

What if I change my phone number or my mobile provider?

You will need to update your account in the My Account section. You can re-register your phone easily in 2 minutes or less!

Note: Even if you keep the same mobile phone number when switching providers, you will need to update your account to receive text messages from 466626.

Can I get my order confirmation by email rather than by text message?

Yes. You may get your order confirmation messages via email, text message, or both. To change your preferences, please visit your My Account page.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account on the My Account page. Please fill out our brief Cancelled Account Survey to let us know how we can improve the service. We hope you'll come back soon.
