No, the restaurant cannot read your text messages. The restaurant receives the order details for your order only.
No problem. There is a "Special Instructions" text box available for every order, where you can add any special notes for the restaurant. These will be printed out with your order details.
Yep, you can choose the time you want your order to be ready for pickup or delivery by specifying that time when you order online or by text message.
Online: Simply change your order from "Now" to "Later" and select your time.
Text: Include your ready time in your text message. For example, the message "2@1005" would order your Favorite # 2 for pickup at 10:05 a.m.
Note: Be sure to use a 24-hour clock when placing advanced orders by text message (i.e. use "2@1430" place an order for # 2 at 2:30 p.m.)
